The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Fiona Sherry. Jackpot for our last lotto draw of 2022 on Sunday, December 18 is €4,700. Thanks to everyone for their continued support for our lotto, which plays an integral part for the club. Please note that the cut-off point for ClubZap each week is 6pm on Sunday.

Christmas party: We welcomed a great crowd of club members and our neighbours from Rooskey Vale over to our clubhouse for last Sunday evening's Christmas party. We were treated to some excellent Irish music, with a Christmas twist, by some of our own very talented members on the night, as well as a timely visit from the man in red. Míle buíochas to everyone who contributed in any way and to Úna and co. for organising.

Schools: While the 2022 club season has wrapped up at all levels, we wish good luck to all our young players currently representing the club in schools' and third-level competitions. Well done to the Sem teams on qualifying for the Rannafast Cup Final and the knock-out stages of the MacRory Cup.

Awards: Congratulations to Eoghan McGinnity on being named as Monaghan's Senior Handballer of the Year for the second year in a row. Comhghairdeas freisin to Jim Dalton and Éanna Finlay, who represented the Harps at Monaghan GAA's Volunteer appreciation evening on Thursday.

Movember: Thanks to everyone for their generous donations to the worthy cause of Crocus Men's Den as part of Monaghan GAA's Movember Club Championship.

Clubhouse: We are looking to recruit new bar staff for the clubhouse (must be over 18, preferably with experience). If interested, please contact Damien Morgan (086 8614730) or Úna Forde (087 6107329).

Pitch development: Our development continues to move along steadily. Many thanks to everyone who contributes to our lotto on a weekly basis, which has made this possible. To develop our pitches, access and look at floodlit facilities for the future, please help our club's growth financially through buying the lotto each week on the ClubZap app or from our many sellers.

Club app: As well as offering an option to support our lotto, our new club app also has a function to pay your annual membership, make financial donations to the club, as well as a communication suite for all that goes on at the club. You can get involved by downloading 'ClubZap' on your phone and registering as a Monaghan Harps GAA Club member.
