Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday's draw were 3, 8, 24 and 29. Jackpot of €3,900 not won. This week's four €40 lucky-dip prize winners were: Martin McCarville c/o Séamus Treanor; N, K, K Murphy c/o Séamus Treanor; Paudge Connolly c/o himself; and Colm Shalvey (direct debit). The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Dermot Coyle. Jackpot for Sunday, June 30 is €4,000. Golf Classic: Our 2024 Golf Classic took place at Rossmore Golf Club last Friday and Saturday. We had almost 70 teams taking part, thanks to the great efforts of our organising committee and all who helped out over the two days. We would like to thank the Golf Classic's main sponsors Nissan Ireland (Séamus Morgan), prize sponsors – Monroe's Cocktail Bar; Amatino; and Dolan's Pharmacy – as well as all tee and green sponsors and participants. Flag Day: Our annual street collection took place last Friday and Saturday. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who gave their time to collect, to everyone who made a donation and to our juvenile committee for their efforts in co-ordinating this important fundraiser for the club.

 

Last Man Standing: Our senior footballers' fundraising Last Man Standing competition for Euro 2024 is down to the final stages. Thanks to everyone who entered and good luck to the remaining competitors.

 

Sponsor a Seat: To celebrate and promote the continued development of our facilities at Gavan Duffy Park, we are offering the opportunity to sponsor/dedicate all remaining seats in our stand at a cost of €50. IFL: We host Castleblayney in the Intermediate Football League tomorrow night (Friday) at 8pm. All support welcome.

 

Reserves: We lost out at home to Scotstown in the RFL Division 1A on Tuesday. After an even first half that ended at 1-5 apiece, Scotstown pulled away in the second half.

Minors: The minor league resumes after the exam break next Tuesday with a home game against Truagh.

 

U-16: Our U-16s returned from their exam break last Thursday with a home game, where goals made the difference for Tyholland. Please note that the U-16 game scheduled for this evening is off.

County: Hard luck to Kevin Loughran, Daragh Croarkin, Jake McConnon and the Monaghan senior footballers on their All-Ireland SFC loss to Galway last Saturday.
