IFL: We host Killanny in the Intermediate Football League this Sunday at 2pm. All support welcome!

County: Good luck to all the county teams in action this week, including Ethan, Jack, Mark, John, Shea and the Monaghan minor footballers in Saturday's Ulster MFC Final v Derry in Armagh.

Reserves: A busy few days for our reserves started with an O'Duffy Cup quarter-final away to Corduff last Saturday. We had nine players on the scoresheet (Luke McManus, Eoin O'Hanlon, Jake McConnon, Gary Devlin, Kevin Moran, Dylan McKenna, Michael McMorrow, Gary White and Evan Doherty) in a game where we led for long spells, only to let Corduff back into the game to force extra-time on a scoreline of 0-15 to 1-12. It remained tight throughout the extra 20 minutes, but Corduff hit a second goal to go through by 2-14 to 0-18.

Team and scorers: Conor Callan; Jamie Shields, Jake McConnon (0-2), Oisín Fagan; Gary Devlin (0-1), David Lowry, Kevin Moran (0-1); Dylan McKenna (0-1), Shane McMahon; Michael McMorrow (0-1), Luke McManus (0-8, 6f), Max Mallen; Gary White (0-1), Evan Doherty (0-1), Eoin O'Hanlon (0-2).

Subs used: Shea Swift; Liam Conway; Dónal Hahessy; Niall Greenan.

We returned to RFL Division 1A duty at home to Scotstown on Tuesday night. Goals by Michael McMorrow and Evan Doherty, with Shane McMahon and Eoin O'Hanlon also on target, put us in the driving seat and although Scotstown closed the gap by half-time, we changed ends leading by 2-6 to 1-6. Scotstown drew level during the second half, but a goal by Eoin and points from Conor Callan and Luke McManus helped us secure a much-needed win by 3-9 to 1-13.

Team and scorers: Conor Callan (0-1f); Jamie Shields, Jake McConnon, Oisín Fagan; Mark Clerkin, David Lowry (Capt.), Gary Devlin; Dylan McKenna, Gary White; Shea Swift, Shane McMahon (0-3f), Michael McMorrow (1-1); Luke McManus (0-1f), Evan Doherty (1-0), Eoin O'Hanlon (1-3).

Subs used: Dean Fanning; Liam Conway; Dónal Hahessy.

U-15: Our U-15s had a hard-earned win at home to Aghabog last Thursday, with goals making the difference on the night. The lads now have a break from league games until June 22.
