Ladies: Hard luck to our senior ladies' team who lost out in the JFC Final last Sunday. Well done to the U-16 girls on winning the Shield last week and good luck to the U-14s in the Division Two Final against Inniskeen in Drumhowan this Saturday.

AGM: Our AGM will be held on Thursday, November 16. Please note that in order to nominate, be nominated or vote at an AGM, you need to have been a paid-up club member by the end of March 2023.

Quiz: Last Friday's table quiz was a great night but these things don't just happen. Thanks to Peter and the senior players who organised the night and gathered sponsorship and to Joe Ó Gallchóir and the social committee who did a great job pulling everything together. GRMA also to all our sponsors, to everyone who took food and last but not least, thanks to everyone who attended; we hope you all had a great evening.

Saturday-morning coaching: Our juvenile Gaelic football coaching for 4-9-year-olds wrapped up for the year with our annual fun day last Saturday. This was an amazing way to wrap up our coaching season and a great day was had by all. Thanks to everyone who helped out on the day and throughout this year.

Scór: Comhghairdeas le Eoin Mac Cléire on qualifying from the Ulster Scór Sinsir recitation semi-final last Saturday evening. Eoin will represent Monaghan in the Ulster final on Saturday week, October 21, in Omagh. Go n-éirí leat!

U-15: Our U-15s fell just short with a second-half comeback in last Saturday's championship final against Tyholland in Truagh. A very slow start left us chasing an eight-point deficit, but our lads dug deep to gradually work their way back into the game, with Kyle Lavery, Josh Cassidy, Lewis Duffy, Joseph O'Neill and Conor Farmer all on target. A brilliant goal by Conor and a point from Gabriel Cunningham saw us keep pushing to the end, but Tyholland held on to win by 2-12 to 1-12. We wish a speedy recovery to the Tyholland player who suffered an unfortunate shoulder injury during the first half. Thanks to everyone involved with our U-15 season, which saw us contest league and championship finals.
