Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday's draw were 8, 13, 21 and 22. Jackpot of €4,100 not won. This week's four €40 lucky-dip prize winners were: Brendan McMahon c/o Séamus Treanor; Pat O'Neill c/o Jim Dalton (Hurling Club); Kevin Treanor c/o Séamus Treanor; and Nicholas & Janice Treanor c/o Ann Treanor. The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Séamus Treanor. Jackpot for Sunday, September 24 is €4,200. Thanks to everyone for their continued support for our lotto, which plays an integral part for the club and is funding our current development works. Please note that the cut-off point for ClubZap each week is 6pm on Sunday.

IFC: Well done to our senior team on finishing top of Group Two of the Intermediate Football Championship after a hard-earned draw away to Castleblayney last Sunday. Michael Galligan, Conor McCrystal, Seán Callan and Neil McAdam were among our scorers in an up-and-down first half that ended with us trailing by 0-7 to 2-4. A goal for Blayney straight after the restart left us facing a six-point deficit, but a spirited comeback saw Dean Doherty and Michael Galligan hit the net to bring us back into it. Liam Hahessy and Michael added points late on as we drew level on a scoreline of 2-15 to 4-9 to remain unbeaten after a very competitive group campaign. We now progress to the semi-finals next month.

Team and scorers: Daragh Croarkin; Gary Devlin, Kevin Loughran, Jake McConnon; Dean Doherty (1-1), Aodhán Óg McAnespie (Capt.), Kevin Moran; Dylan McKenna, Neil McAdam (0-2, 1f); Seán Callan (0-1), Lochlainn Power, Michael McMorrow; Michael Galligan (1-8, 0-4f), Conor McCrystal (0-2), Luke McManus.

Subs used: Tiarnán O'Rourke; Thomas Croarkin; Liam Hahessy (0-1); Nicholas Scott.

U-11 blitz: We will be hosting an U-11/U-10 development blitz this Sunday, September 24, from 11am. Volunteers will be needed on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please contact Dick Clerkin if you are available to lend a hand. Ahead of our blitz, we want to take the opportunity to thank our 'Skills Awards' sponsor, McDermotts Sports Centre. Dermot is generously sponsoring 12 individual sports items that will be awarded to a player after each game on Sunday. The winning players will be those who demonstrate the best application of the selected skill for each game. Thank you to Dermot for his continued support. We encourage everyone to support our local sponsors. GRMA.

Table quiz: Save the date for our fundraising table quiz on Friday, October 6. All support greatly appreciated; looking forward to seeing you all there!

U-17: Our U-17 Division One team lost out at home to Truagh in the championship last Saturday. A strong start by Truagh left our lads playing catch-up and even though a Mark Lynch goal and a string of points by John McCrystal kept us in touch, we were four down at half-time (1-6 to 1-10). Orrin Doherty and Jack Kierans added their names to the scoresheet, but we couldn't convert a couple of goal chances and Truagh went on to pull away again in the closing stages.

Team and scorers: Alex Flynn; Shay Lambe, Dónal Moran, John Sherry; Orrin Doherty (0-1), Shea Corrigan, Rhys McCaffrey; Ethan McCarron, Ethan McCaffrey (Capt.); Dara Mullin, Jack Kierans (0-1), Shane McGarry; Mark Lynch (1-0), Winston Onkeweke, John McCrystal (0-8, 7f).

Subs used: Kyle Lavery; Eoin Sheridan; Dáire McKenna; Daniel Alexis.

Good luck to our Division Four team in their championship final v Scotstown, which is scheduled to be played on Monday night in Emyvale at 7.30pm. Please support and note change of original venue!
