Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday's draw were 4, 8, 27 and 29. Jackpot of €4,300 not won. The four €40 lucky-dip prize winners were: Eileen McPhillips c/o Ladies' Club; Mary McRory c/o Paddy Donnelly; Sharon McCaffrey c/o ClubZap; and Catherine Clerkin c/o ClubZap. The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Paddy Donnelly. Jackpot for Sunday, November 27 is €4,400. Thanks to everyone for their continued support for our lotto, which plays an integral part for the club. Please note that the cut-off point for ClubZap each week is 6pm on Sunday.

 

AGM: Our Annual General Meeting takes place in our clubhouse next Wednesday, November 30, at 7.30pm. Please note that only paid-up members can seek election or vote at the AGM.

 

Coaching workshop: Monaghan Harps Coaching Committee would like to invite all boys born between 2006 and 2010 to a workshop on creating a club culture this Sunday, November 27, from 5pm to 7pm in our clubhouse. Thanks to our Coaching Committee for organising this workshop. Everyone welcome.

 

Culture night: After a very successful year in Scór competitions for our adult and juvenile competitors, our Cultural committee hosted an entertaining culture night in our clubhouse last Sunday, showcasing our singing, dancing, musical and novelty acts of all ages. Míle buíochas to our Cultural committee, led by Jackie Reilly, for putting this event together and for their work throughout the year. GRMA also to everyone who donated generously to MS Ireland on the night.

 

Movember: See our social media for a wee update on our Movember volunteers as we head into the final straight. Schools: While the 2022 club season has wrapped up at all levels, we wish good luck to all our young players currently representing the club in schools' and third-level competitions.

 

Clubhouse: We are looking to recruit new bar staff for the clubhouse (must be over 18, preferably with experience). If interested, please contact Damien Morgan (086 8614730) or Úna Forde (087 6107329).

 

Handball: Congratulations to Eoghan McGinnity and Tiarnan O'Rourke on their handball success last weekend.

 

Pitch development: Our development continues to move along steadily. Many thanks to everyone who contributes to our lotto on a weekly basis, which has made this possible. To develop our pitches, access and look at floodlit facilities for the future, please help our club's growth financially through buying the lotto each week on the ClubZap app or from our many sellers.

 

Club app: As well as offering an option to support our lotto, our new club app also has a function to pay your annual membership, make financial donations to the club, as well as a communication suite for all that goes on at the club.
