Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday's draw were 2, 7, 19 and 20. The four €40 lucky-dip prize winners were Rose Hughes c/o herself; Sinéad & Adrian Toal c/o Jimmy Croarkin; Gavin Mulhall c/o ClubZap; Eddie Coyle c/o Dermot Coyle. The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Dermot Coyle. Jackpot for Sunday, October 4 is €1,400. The club is asking members willing and financially able to contribute through our lotto towards club maintenance and running expenses. This can be done by two options: set up a standing order to our club lotto via quarterly or annual payments or using our new club app by downloading 'ClubZap' on your phone, registering as a Monaghan Harps GAA Club member and buying club lotto in bulk or on a weekly basis. Anyone interested can contact either Rose Donnelly (086 0825782); Maria McKenna (086 1057725) or Adrian Dalton (087 7859582). Thanks to everyone for their continued support for our lotto, which plays an integral part for the club, particularly this year. Please note that the cut-off point for ClubZap each week is 6pm on Sunday, while physical tickets should be with the lotto committee by 9pm.
Reserves: The Platinum Tanks RFC O'Duffy Cup resumed last Saturday, when we were away to Castleblayney. Despite a goal and some fine high fielding by Lochlainn Power and points by Michael Galligan, Conor McCrystal and Dean Doherty, we fell behind during the first half and Blayney led by six at one stage until a late comeback saw us claim a share of the spoils. Points from Niall Greenan, Eoghan McGinnity and Conor narrowed the gap, before Conor found the net to set up a close finish and Michael converted a late free to level it up at 2-12 apiece.
Team and scorers: Dylan McAree; Rory Sleator, Conn O'Hanlon (Capt.), Jamie Shields; Aidan Burns, John Mulligan, Dean Doherty (0-1); Lochlainn Power (1-0), Dylan McKenna; Oisín Fagan, Michael Galligan (0-4, 2f), Niall Greenan (0-1); Conor McCrystal (1-3, 0-1f), Evan Doherty, Francis Lynch.
Subs: Terence McDonald for Mulligan (inj.), Eoghan McGinnity (0-3) for E Doherty.
Clontibret conceded the McKeown Cup game scheduled for Sunday. The reserve championships are due to continue this weekend: O'Duffy Cup away to Donaghmoyne on Saturday and McKeown Cup at home to Toome on Sunday.
U-15: Our U-15 Division Five team lost out at home to Scotstown in last Wednesday's play-off. Eoin Sheridan, Jack Kierans, Oisín Reilly and Rohann McKenna-Malocca were among our scorers, but an accurate Scotstown side ran out deserving winners on a scoreline of 3-15 to 4-3.
Team: Oisín McGeown; Fergal Magee, Ethan McCaffrey; Dara Mullin, Ali Galligan, Kyle Cooney; Jack Kierans, Diarmuid McGinnity; Julian Coyle, Eoin Sheridan, Dónal Moran; Oisín Reilly, Rohann McKenna-Malocca.
Sub used: Shea Corrigan.
Having been postponed last weekend, the Division One and Five Shield Finals are down for decision this weekend: Division One v Clones in Aghabog on Saturday at 4pm and Division Five v Truagh in Emyvale on Sunday at 12 noon. Good luck to all involved.

Ladies:
County final fever: The very best of luck to our U-16s who play Inniskeen next Sunday in the Division Three Championship Final @ 12.30pm (venue TBC). Unfortunately, at present not everyone who wants to go will be able to due to Covid restrictions, but follow our Facebook and Twitter page for live updates on the day. The players have trained hard all year under the guidance of Tommy O'Reilly and have had lots of challenge games under their belt competing so well against teams from higher divisions and also going unbeaten in all their group games.
U14s: U-14s have played their last in house game last Saturday. Thanks to Cathal Power and Aidan Burns for coming down to referee and offer words of encouragement at the same time. Thanks to the management of Roger, Frank and Declan for all the hard work they put in with this group. Best of luck to the girls moving up to U-16 next year.
U-8s & U-10s: These two groups finished up last Saturday when they had a great party to end proceedings for the year. Thanks to Niamh, Eithne, Faela, Sarah, Sarah and Gillian for all the positivity and encouragement offered to the girls all year.
