Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday's draw were 10, 15, 27 and 30. The four €40 lucky-dip prize winners were Patricia McCann c/o Paddy Donnelly; Linda McKearney c/o Eileen Morgan; Maureen O'Donoghue c/o Michael O'Donoghue; and Deborah Lynch c/o ClubZap. The sellers' prize of €20 was won by Eileen Morgan. Jackpot for Sunday, November 1 is €1,800. The club is asking members willing and financially able to contribute through our lotto towards club maintenance and running expenses. This can be done by two options: set up a standing order to our club lotto via quarterly or annual payments or using our new club app by downloading 'ClubZap' on your phone, registering as a Monaghan Harps GAA Club member and buying club lotto in bulk or on a weekly basis. Anyone interested can contact either Rose Donnelly (086 0825782); Maria McKenna (086 1057725) or Adrian Dalton (087 7859582). Thanks to everyone for their continued support for our lotto, which plays an integral part for the club, particularly this year. Please note that the cut-off point for ClubZap each week is 6pm on Sunday, while physical tickets should be with the lotto committee by 9pm.

County: Good luck to the Monaghan senior team in Saturday's Ulster SFC opener against Cavan.

COVID-19 Guidelines: Following the recent GAA announcement, all club games have been suspended until further notice. Thanks to our coaches, players, volunteers and Covid supervisors for their efforts throughout the return to play. We advise our club members to continue to take care and follow the health guidelines. Please keep an eye on our social media accounts for further updates. In these challenging times our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing is very important. Some tips for staying well in the coming weeks: Try to focus on things inside your control; be kind to yourself; identify your coping skills; learn from Lockdown 1.0 - what helped?; try to keep active & get enough sleep; talk about how you're feeling; text 50808.

Hurling:

Nicky Rackard Cup: Hard luck to our county representatives who were part of the Monaghan side that fell to a heavy defeat versus Mayo last weekend. On a positive note, well done to Aidan Burns who marked his inter-county debut with 2-1. Maith thú Aidan!

Juveniles: A quick reminder that Adrian has a supply of hurleys and sliotars available to buy for anyone looking to keep up their skills over the winter months. Contact Adrian for more details on 087 7859582.
